It’s so nice to hear an author say this. I know people who buy into this idea that being an asshole and fucking up your life are requirements for being a writer, but I honestly don’t think it makes you a more interesting person, and definitely not a better writer. You might be an interesting person and/or a good writer in spite of the debauchery and demons, but never because of it.

The title splash screen for Ronnie’s Airship, the end result of a 48hr game jam done at Portland Start-up Weekend.
We got recognized for best demo - our team made a finished game and a NASA Photo-of-the-Day app for Windows Phone in 48 hours - and our artist, Alisa Christopher, was awarded Best Designer for the whole event.
We’re definitely going to be submitting the game to the Windows Phone App market, and maybe Android and iOS platforms within the next month.
I am biased towards this game. I can’t wait to see more of it. :D And here’s hoping there’s a computer version too because I am lame and not in possession of a cool phone.

Gunnerkrigg owns so hard. I’ve tried Homestuck and it failed to grab me in the first 300 pages the way that GC did within the first chapter.
You should also donate to Tom to support his transition to becoming a full-time comic person if you haven’t already!
